I had a day and a half this week, everything I touched went wrong and it ended up with Clare and I falling out this morning, my car went back in for the 3^rd time to have the repair put right, off the road 3 days and when I got it back it was worse than ever. So they are taking back in and starting all over again taking off the original panels and replacing everything which will cost them about 4k. The cost of the repair in the beginning, the body shop have been wonderful every member of staff have been kind and understanding and thanked me for not losing it.Well I wanted to order some new software Vista and Office 2007 so I found the right company and paid via PayPal, on my company card, well the first time I paid the wrong amount so it as refunded so I paid again and it was refunded again by mistake, so I paid again and this time it was not my fault the other two times it was they said my address was not verified so I had to sort that out and pay again. Well I did and cocked it up paid twice so they refunded both of them and asked me to sort it out and pay again. So I did, but my bank said sorry run out money. So I rang them, the software was £350 and as I paid 6 times for mainly my fault it totalled a great deal of money. Well I explained dot the back that I paid 6 times and it was refunded 6 times and why had they stopped the 7^th payment, you have not got enough money you are £40 short, from that account. But hang on I have it all coming back its been refunded. Well that can take several days, why does it, they took it fast enough and they refund has gone through I have the paperwork for each one of them. Sorry nothing we can do, you will have to wait, but why, I buy something I pay the money leaves my account and enters there’s, I walk away with the goods. So why when they give me a refund do I give them back the goods  walk out of the shop and have to wait a week for my money?
